In addition to leading a robust urology program and developing nursing education for pre-surgery protocols and post-surgical follow-up plans, Catherine Pradt is a talented and dedicated photographer who has captured several significant events on film. Among the most memorable are White Coats for Black Lives; Moment of Silence for Asian Hate; Healthcare Workers Shoutout by the La Cañada-Flintridge and Glendale Police Departments and Firefighters; and Honor, Remember & Heal, which provided a time to reflect on the collective COVID-19 experience.

As a clinician and leader, Catherine is appreciated for her inclusive and full-circle listening to understand needs, address questions, and educate patients. Her goal is optimal experiences and outcomes where community members feel seen, heard, and trusted. Catherine’s caring nature extends beyond the point of discharge. She maintains contact with people and follows their journey towards achieving a better quality of life.
