Simms/Mann Family Foundation Celebrates Newest Cohort of JVS Scholars

In 2012, the Simms/Mann Family Foundation established the Simms/Mann Family Scholarship through the JVS SoCal Scholarship Program, which provides qualified Jewish students whose primary residence is in the Greater Los Angeles area with need-based financial aid to pursue higher education. The Simms/Mann Family Scholarship is allocated annually to 10 students in the healthcare field who show an outstanding commitment to their studies and to future patient populations.

On July 16, the Foundation attended the ceremony for the JVS SoCal Scholarship Program, where JVS awarded a total of $950,000 in scholarship funds from numerous donors to more than 240 students.
