- and the potential to achieve even more
In 2024, each participating health system selected 10 nurse recipients, for a total of 40 recipients.
For the 2024 reward, Off the Chart has partnered with 4 health systems in the greater Los Angeles area: Cedars-Sinai, City of Hope, UCLA Health, and Keck Medicine of USC. Los Angeles is where the Simms/Mann Family Foundation is based and where the majority of its grants are made.
Each partner health system engages a diverse group of individuals from across the health system to help identify, evaluate and select the nurse recipients for that institution. Narrative submissions focus on the 5 core Off the Chart attributes.
The Off the Chart reward does not accept applications. Nominees from each participating health system are identified by a confidential group of individuals selected by that health system.
