Desired Impact
The Foundation is aligned with Westmark’s mission to transform the lives of students with language-based learning differences like dyslexia, dysgraphia, and dyscalculia. The establishment of Landmark West in 1983 represented the Simms/Mann family’s vision to give the next generation a more supportive and adaptive learning environment: instilling confidence, hope, and self-efficacy in place of the doubt that may have existed within a more generic educational system.
